FIELD: training means; medicine.

SUBSTANCE: training device for practicing the skills of applying tendon and vascular sutures includes a rectangular body with a cover provided with a rectangular hole for fixing two angular adapters directed to each other by means of a threaded connection by means of an external nut fixed on the outer side of the cover, and an inner nut fixed on the inner side of the cover. According to the invention, holders for an artificial tendon and holders for a vessel are introduced, which are connected by threaded joints with angular adapters on the side facing the outer side of the cover and directed towards each other. Holders for imitation of vessel are made in the form of cones with ribs for fixation of imitations of vessels with diameter from 8 to 20 mm, holders for artificial tendon are made in the form of a crocodile clamp. Angular adapters are installed with possibility of adjustment of position of imitation of vessel or artificial tendon along length due to movement of angular adapters in hole of cover and with possibility of adjustment of their position in angle due to change of degree of tension of lower nut on thread of angular adapter. In the housing under the cover there are compartments for storage of material and tools for suturing.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of mastering the technique of tendon and vascular sutures.
