SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. The method includes operations for tillage, seed preparation and sowing. As a precursor, oats are used for green fodder, and as organic fertilizers, a prepared mixture of components in the form of rotted horse manure with lowland peat is used, respectively, 3:1 with the addition of lime 3 wt.% of the volume of peat mass. Moreover, before the main plowing, the mixture of components is prepared in heaps by mixing, the microbiological preparation Baikal EM-1 is used in processing, normally 10% of the composition of the mixture of components. In this case, the mixing of the components takes place in two technological steps: in the first, the components are mixed and the top of the heap is covered with a non-woven material with an exposure of the mixture for maturation for one week. In the second, the components are opened and processed with Baikal EM-1 preparation, re-mixing is carried out in the form of stirring, covering the top of the heap with non-woven material, followed by ripening with aging for two weeks: the beginning of the finished fertilizer. At the same time, before plowing in summer, evenly surface spreading of fertilizers at a dose of 15 t/ha is carried out, plowing to a depth of the arable layer of 20-22 cm and pre-sowing cultivation to a depth of 3-4 cm. Sowing is carried out with a seeding rate of 5.0 million pcs./ha of germinating seeds or 160 kg/ha.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to create favorable conditions for the growth and development of winter rye plants, increasing its yield due to soil fertility in crop rotation and obtaining environmentally safe products.
