SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to the designs of rotary-wing aircraft vehicles. Rotary-wing aircraft includes a frame on which propeller groups (PG) (6) and wings (7) are installed, moreover, PG (6) is made with the possibility of rotation relative to the transverse axes of the frame. The frame is made in the form of a frame (1), on the first side (8) of which two PGs (6a, 6b) are placed on the sides, and on the second side (9) in the center - one PG (6c). All PGs (6a, 6b, 6c) are installed with the possibility of independent rotation relative to two transverse axes (X1, X2) of the frame (1) at an angle of at least 360°. The frame (1) has a truss structure and contains two longitudinal elements (2, 3) and two transverse elements (4, 5). Two PGs (6a, 6b) are placed on the first transverse element (4) outside the space formed by the longitudinal elements (5, 6), and on the second side (9) one PG (6c) is placed on the second transverse element (5) inside the specified space.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of horizontal flight of the aircraft at high speeds in both directions - forward or backward, the possibility of vertical flight, landing and takeoff.
