SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular, to designs of aerial vehicles with vertical takeoff and landing. Aerial vehicle (AV) includes front and rear propulsors or a group of front and rear propulsors – impellers, each connected with an independently operating electric engine, a ringed drive pusher propulsor or a group of ringed drive pusher propulsors – impellers for horizontal rectilinear flight, each connected with an independently operating electric engine. The pushers are installed in equal amounts in the front and rear of the AV in the direction of movement in a horizontal plane symmetrically relative to each other and to the longitudinal axis of the AV. The impellers are installed in a horizontal plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the AV symmetrically relative to each other and to the longitudinal axis of the AV.

EFFECT: increase in the safety of takeoff, flight, and landing of the AV, increase in the fault resistance with the maintained position of the AV in flight, protection of the propulsors from collisions with the ground and other obstacles.
