FIELD: fan engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fan engineering, namely to the structural elements of the impellers of axial fans. The fastening unit of the fan impeller blades contains shanks 2 of the blades with legs 3 and a fixing device in the form of a split disk, consisting of two parts with means for fastening the said shanks. On one side of the leg 3 of each shank, a conical flange 4 is formed, and on the other side, a protrusion 5 in the form of a truncated cone with grooves 6 located along the generatrix. The tool for fastening the shanks is made in the form of landing sockets formed along the edges of both parts of the disk. Each seat has a surface in the form of a truncated cone with grooves similar to the grooves 6 of the protrusion, and in the cavity formed by one of the grooves of the protrusion in the form of a truncated cone and one of the grooves of the seat, there is a locking element made in the form of a body of revolution.
EFFECT: providing the ability to adjust the angle of rotation of the impeller blades and securely hold them in this position.
