FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices used in orthopedics, traumatology and oncology and can be used for replacement of knee joint and part of femoral and tibial bones. Module endoprosthesis of knee joint consists of femoral, in right and left modification, and tibial components, connected with axis of hinge element. Femoral component consists of: lower femoral shortened element, joined with replaceable shortened intramedullar femoral stem, whose dostal part has angle of deviation from axis of setting cone, from lower elongated femoral element, joined with replaceable elongated intramedullar stem. Tibial component consists of: shortened tibial element, joined with replaceable shortened intramedullar tibial stem, elongated tibial element, joined with replaceable elongated intramedullar stem. Hinge element consists of axis, clamping conic nut, locking cap nut and two flanged bushings. Replaceable intramedullar stems are joined in femoral and tibial elements, fixed by means of conic connections and are pressed with conic nuts, screw and jointing bushings. Complete prosthesis of femoral bone is made one-piece in two modifications - right and left. Elements of endoprosthesis, contacting with soft tissues, have polished surface with roughness Ra not higher than 0.1 mcm, their surface being strengthened to microhardness nor less than 4300 MPa, parts of intramedullar stems, contacting with walls of bone-marrow canal additionally contain coating from titanium nitride with microhardness not lower than 5000 MPa.

EFFECT: invention ensures simplicity of assembling parts and endoprosthesis in the whole with minimal number of connections, reliability of attachment and fixation of replaceable intramedullar stems and hinge component in conditions of long stable exploitation of endoprosthesis, as well as mobility of regulation of femoral and tibial component length and in simplification of carrying out surgery.
