FIELD: liquid media analysis.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physicochemical methods for the analysis of liquid media, in particular to a potentiometric method for determining the concentration of strontium ions in solutions. A composition of the membrane of a chemical sensor for strontium(II) ions is proposed, characterized in that an ionophore - 2,4,13,15-tetra-tert-butyl-icosahydro-5,8,11,16,19,22 is used as the electrode active substance of the sensitive membrane. -hexaoxa-dibenzo[a,j]]cyclooctadecene, while the ratio of the components of the sensitive membrane was as follows (weight percent): di-tert-butyldicyclohexyl-18-crown-6 - 6-8%, sodium tetraphenylborate - 4-7%, PVC - 34-36%, o-NPOE - 51-54%.
EFFECT: proposed composition makes it possible to increase the service life and improve the selectivity parameters of the chemical sensor in the determination of strontium ions in solutions.
