FIELD: building materials production.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of production of building materials and can be used in the production of gypsum products. The raw mix for pressed gypsum products contains a binder, a filler and water, while a gypsum binder obtained by roasting phosphogypsum at a temperature of 175°C is used as a binder, and phosphogypsum with a particle size of not more than 112 microns is used as a filler. The production of the mixture is carried out at the following mass ratios of raw materials, %: gypsum binder - 64-72; phosphogypsum - 8-16; water is the rest. The method for manufacturing products includes mixing phosphogypsum with a gypsum binder, introducing the resulting raw mixture into water, mixing, molding in metal molds at a pressure of 5-7 MPa while keeping the products at the specified pressure for 30 s, pressing out and drying in natural conditions to a constant weight.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the strength of products, reducing the consumption of a binder, reducing energy costs for pressing, reducing equipment wear and raw material costs, and expanding the raw material base.
