FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials, particularly to production of wall articles from sawdust concrete. Technical result is achieved due to that raw mixture for sawdust concrete contains modified gypsum binder, obtained by burning of citrogypsum composition, wt% CaO – 29.7–31.5, SO₃ – 44.0–45.5, SiO₂ – 0.3–1.2, MgO – 0.1–0.4, loss on ignition – rest, in rotary furnace at temperature 120–140 °C, with specific surface area of 600–650 m²/kg; sawdust of coniferous species of wood with average density of 500 kg/m³ and water, at the following weight ratios, %: modified citrogypsum – 80.18–82.8; sawdust – 2.3–4.58; water – balance. Method of making articles from sawdust concrete involves preparation of a molding compound, molding and stripping. Molding mass is prepared in the following sequence: mixing sawdust of coniferous species of wood with water, introduction of modified citrogypsum, mixing until its uniform distribution on surface of sawdust; molding is performed in molds at 20 MPa.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing the water-binding ratio and increasing strength of sawdust concrete.
