FIELD: crystalline synthesis.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of synthesis of crystalline, ultrafine powders (UFP) phases of the oxygen-octahedral type, composition АВO3, with a perovskite-type structure, which can be used to manufacture various types of piezoelectric transducers. To obtain a crystalline powder of the phases of the system 0.75BiFeO3-0.25Ba(ZrxTi1-x)O3 + 0.6 wt.% MnO2, where x=0-0.2, 0.1-0.4 M solutions of Fe(NO3)3, are mixed, Bi(NO3)3, H2[Ti(O2)2(NO3)2], H2[Zr(O2)2(NO3)2] and Mn(NO3)2, followed by neutralization of the mixture to pH 6-8, added to the resulting peroxohydroxide suspension of BaO2 in water, the product of their interaction is dried. The resulting powder is pressed and heat treated at a temperature of 380-450°C in a corundum tube connected to a water valve.

EFFECT: reduction in the temperature of synthesis of powders of basic ferroelectric phases, reduction in the duration of the technological process due to the exclusion of milling of powders of the initial phases from it, an increase in the values of the longitudinal piezoelectric modulus (d33), dielectric permittivity and Curie temperature of ceramic piezomaterials, as well as a decrease in the values of their dielectric loss tangent (tg).
