SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the structures of the upper track, namely the structures of the fence acting as a noise-absorbing screen for railways. The design of the fence used as a noise-absorbing screen for railways includes two racks rigidly fixed at the base, which serve as a seat for the support of the panel located between the racks when the panel is in the working position. Due to the fixing unit located at the bottom of the panel, it is possible to deflect the panel towards the horizontal position, but without leaving the seat between the racks. The fixing unit consists of elements on racks located at a distance from the end of the rack, which limit the angle of inclination of the panel to a more specified reclined position due to the stop in them, the counter elements made on the panel, at least one rack has a limiter of the panel’s stroke, preventing its deviation from a more specified angle and being at the same time a limiter for the displacement of the lower end of the panel beyond the position after which the panel will be dismantled from the seat.

EFFECT: simplification of the installation/dismantling of the fence structure, simplification of maintenance, increasing the reliability of the fence.
