FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for equipping estates, country and rural areas, as a device for separating residential areas from industrial areas and transport communications. In addition, the invention can be used for protecting a controlled area from fog flowing over it, that reduces the air transparency and limits the range of visibility, as well as in places where it is necessary to fence an area to be protected from penetration of aerosol pollution in it, as a lattice on windows of buildings, a grate at the inlet of the ventilation system, etc. The filter fencing is made in the form of a cellular structure, the cell-forming surfaces of which are connected with one of the poles of a power supply source and surround electrodes connected with the other pole of the power supply source with a gap. The cells are oriented towards the area to be protected, and the end part of the cell-forming surface facing the electrode from the side opposite to the protected area is made sharp, with a radius not exceeding 2 mm.
