FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to production equipment for checking whether the inner diameter of the tubing (tubing) is acceptable, as well as for the presence of bending of the pipes, the presence of dents using a template. The stand for tubing gauge includes a base, transverse posts with holes for the passage of the template, guide pipes rigidly fixed with the outer ends of the transverse posts opposite the holes, a lodgement for installing the gauged tubing located between the transverse posts, a flexible rod rigidly fixed at the end to the template, a drive mechanism of reverse reciprocating movement, and end position sensors of the template and a position sensor that controls the area of probing in the tubing. The transverse posts are equipped with longitudinal slots, and the end parts of the cradle for installing the templated tubing are installed in the longitudinal slots of the transverse posts with the possibility of limited vertical movement depending on the diameter of the templated tubing. Wherein the flexible rod is made of a chain, while holes are made for the passage of the chain in the transverse racks, as well as in the side surfaces of the lodgment. The alignment of the central axes of the gauged tubing and the guide pipes is ensured by two lifting mechanisms installed on the base under the lower ends of the lodgement. Wherein the template is made in the form of a cylinder with an external replaceable hollow sleeve, interconnected by a shear screw, and the diameter of the replaceable hollow sleeve is selected depending on the inner diameter of the tubing to be templated. The end position sensors of the template are placed on the guide pipes, and the position sensor that controls the area of the template in the tubing is installed on the lodgement.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the stand, increasing the reliability of its operation, as well as reducing the complexity of servicing the stand and reducing the preparation of the stand when changing the standard size of the gauged tubing.
