FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing equipment of wellheads of oil and gas wells during their operation and repair in order to ensure safety, warning and elimination of oil, gas and water ingresses (OGWI) at superviscous oil wells (SVO) with inclined mouth, including with two-row string. Blow out preventor for wells with an inclined mouth contains upper and lower flanges rigidly connected to the body, the body is equipped with a vertical round axial channel, side horizontal channels are positioned symmetrically relative to the axial channel, longitudinal axes of side horizontal channels are located perpendicular to axis of vertical channel, in first horizontal channels made in housing with possibility of longitudinal movement are installed ram blocks, in which there are pipe rams equipped with elastic seals, and manual control drives of rams, which include driven rods of rams, having threaded joints for interaction with covers screwed into housing, at that, cavities of bodies of ram blocks in cross section have rectangular shape, and elastic seals are arranged in slots made in tube rams. Upper part of the axial channel of the body is equipped with a conical mounting surface narrowing downwards, into which the upper detachable centering bushing is installed, which is made in the form of two semi-rings equipped with external circular recesses. In upper flange there are second horizontal channels of round shape in cross section, outside in horizontal channels of upper flange in sealed version side screw stops are screwed, interacting with sliding sliders of cylindrical shape, arranged in horizontal channel, at that, the sliding slides are equipped with key and shaped slots, and the upper flange is equipped with keys installed in key slots of sliding slides, having the possibility of radial movement within the key slots and fixation of sliders by shaped slots as outer annular recesses of upper replaceable centering sleeve from axial movement upwards. From below housing is equipped with lower replaceable centralizer with internal overflow channels and external cylindrical groove for fixation of lower replaceable centralizer in axial channel of housing of device by locking screws installed in through holes made in housing. Length of external circular recess of semi-rings of the upper replaceable centering bushing is less than the annular gap between the axial channel of the housing and the coupling of the sealed pipe string at closing of the upper semi-replaceable centering bushing with each other. Upper and lower ends of upper replaceable centering bushing and lower replaceable centralizer are equipped with chamfers at angle of 45° inside. Outside on the body opposite the center of gravity of the device, the first lifting eye is rigidly secured, and the second lifting lug is attached at angle of 180° relative to each other with the possibility of displacement relative to each other in the vertical plane depending on the inclination angle of the well. Lower flange is connected to the body of the device by means of a threaded joint and is replaceable, while the connecting and sealing dimensions of the lower flange are made corresponding to the support flange of the wellhead fixtures on which the device is attached. Elastic seals are made of heat-resistant rubber, and upper replaceable centering bushing and lower replaceable centralizer are made of babbite alloy.

EFFECT: invention provides higher operating reliability of the device and quality of pipe string sealing, safety of operations in case of OGWI occurrence at SVO inclined well head and convenience, as well as due to universal design of blow out preventor for wellhead accessories of SVO inclined wells, expanded process capabilities of device, reduced duration of repair and provides tightness of device in case of steam release.
