FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular to devices for interval-wise well perforation by hydroabrasive jet of directed action with preliminary cutoff of perforation interval by packer-plug and subsequent hydraulic fracturing of the formation through the perforated holes in the production string, cement stone and rock of the vertical and horizontal wells. Hydrosand-blast perforator for interval perforation and hydraulic fracturing consists of housing with two holes located in horizontal plane at angle of 180 ° relative to each other. Nozzles are installed in holes. In the housing there is a movable bushing equipped from below with external cylindrical recess, in which there is a split spring ring, and inside the movable bushing is equipped with a mounting seat for the locking element. From below housing is equipped with connection thread for packer equipment, and outside in upper and lower parts of housing there rigidly installed are centralizers with overflow channels. A locking ring is inserted into the housing from below. In initial position row of holes of housing, equipped with jet nozzles, is tightly covered from inside with movable bushing, fixed relative to housing with shear element. In operating position movable bushing has the possibility of axial limited movement relative to housing until it stops in stop ring with opening of row of holes equipped with jet nozzles, and fixation of movable bushing relative to housing by means of split spring ring. A row of radial channels is made in the case above the row with holes. In initial position row of radial channels in housing is tightly covered from inside with additional movable bushing, bottom equipped with external annular groove, in which additional split spring ring is installed, and inside additional movable bushing is equipped with seat for additional shutoff element. Additional movable bushing is fixed relative to housing with shear pin. In the working position, the additional movable bushing has the possibility of axially limited downward movement relative to the housing with opening of the row of channels, and fixation of the additional movable bushing relative to the housing by means of additional split spring ring in inner annular groove made in housing below row of holes. Diameter of seat of movable bushing is less than diameter of seat of additional moving bushing. Centralizers with overflow channels are replaceable with outer diameter by 10 mm less than inner diameter of perforated pipe string. Centralizers are installed on upper and lower ends of housing by means of threaded connection and fixed relative to housing by screws.

EFFECT: hydrosand-blast perforator for interval-perforation and hydraulic fracturing of the formation has high perforation efficiency in inclined and horizontal wells, broadens functional capabilities of device, reduces costs for production of a perforator, reduces duration of operations for performance of an interval-wise hydraulic perforation, followed by acid hydraulic fracturing of the formation and development of the well.
