FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to initiating devices, namely, initiators with low initiation energy and can be used as part of non-electric detonation systems with electronic detonators with an exact time delay during blasting operations in the mining industry. The device consists of a sleeve, a liner rolled into the sleeve, made of metal with an explosive charge pressed into it in the form of an output attachment from a high-density secondary explosive (for example, octogen, penthrite, BTF), an intermediate attachment conjugated with it from a high-density deflagrating explosive (for example, diperchlorate (5-nitrotetrazolato)-cobalt (III) pentaamine) and an initiating attachment made of a low-density deflagrating explosive (for example, diperchlorate (5-nitrotetrazolato)-cobalt (III) pentamine) in contact with the initiator, mounted on a block with low thermal conductivity, glued into the sleeve. The initiator is made in the form of alternating metal layers and deposited on the pad and made in the form of nanolaminate structures (for example, Ni/Al, Ti/B or CuO/Al) oriented parallel to the axis of the sleeve to ensure the emergence and development of the process of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS).
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of activation, reliability and safety of the initiating device.
