SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering. The apparatus contains a washing bath (1) with a drain hole and a loading window (13). The lower part of the bath is made in the form of a hollow straight truncated cone facing downwards with a smaller base. The bath incorporates a screw (5) enclosed in a casing (2) is mounted on a vertical drive shaft (3), as well as a intake socket (7) made in the form of a hollow straight truncated cone facing downwards with a large base. The casing has an unloading window (4). The lower part of the casing (2), immersed in the bath water, is made of vertically spaced metal rods in the form of a perforated cylinder (6). The intake bell (7) is designed in such a way that its smaller base in diameter coincides with the diameter of the casing (2). The bell is rigidly attached to the casing from the side of its lower section. The lower part of the bath is made to form a washing chamber, and also from vertically spaced metal rods in the form of a perforated cylinder (8), the diameter of which coincides with the large base of the cone formed by the bell. The base of this cylinder is combined with the bottom surface of the bath. On the side of the loading window (13) of the bath, a loading window (12) of the chamber is formed in the form of a gap between the bars. Two rods (10 and 11) are rigidly attached to the lower section of the screw (5), placed on its cut line. The axial lines of these rods coincide with the vertical plane passing through the cut line. The first rod (11) is attached to the screw (5) at the intersection point of the line forming a conditional cylindrical surface of the screw equal to its radius with its cut line and is made to form a polyline, the upper part of which is vertical to the bending point, and the lower, after the bending point, is made at an angle of 135° to it in this way that its free end is directed away from the axis of rotation of the screw (5). The second rod (10) is attached to the screw (5) at a point dividing the radius of the screw in half, and is also made to form a polyline, the upper part of which is vertical to the bending point, and the lower part, after the bending point, is made at an angle of 135° to it so that its free end is directed away from the axis screw rotation. The bending point of the second rod (10) in height is at the level of the end of the first rod. Gaps are formed between the free end of the first rod (11) and the inner side surface of the cylinder (8) of the washing chamber, as well as between the free end of the second rod (10) and the inner bottom surface of the bath (1). At least two nozzles (9) in the form of tubes with the possibility of supplying fluid under pressure through them are connected vertically and symmetrically to the bottom part of the bath, from its outer side, vertically and symmetrically relative to the axis of rotation of the shaft. A pipeline with a valve is connected to the free ends of the nozzles (9).
EFFECT: present invention enables to improve the quality of washing of tuberous roots.
