SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by the HARQ being transmitted for multiple different transmission blocks (TB) transmitted in series based on different time domain resources. The serial transmission of the multiple different TBs includes the periodic transmission of a block of serial TB transmission until the total number of repeats configured for each TB is reached. The series TB transmission block contains N repeat transmissions of different TBs, wherein N is greater than 0 and less than the configured total number of repeats. The transmission of HARQ for multiple different TBs includes the transmission of HARQ of each TB in series repeatedly for the configured total number of repeats for the HARQ of each TB.

EFFECT: higher frequency of successful transmissions of hybrid automatic repeat requests (HARQ).
