FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the use of carbon nanomaterials manufactured with a low level of a carbon footprint for the manufacture of composite materials with low emissions of carbon dioxide, as well as to methods for the manufacture of composite materials. The method for the manufacture of composite materials includes following stages: obtainment of substance with a high level of a carbon footprint; obtainment of carbon nanomaterial manufactured using a negative carbon footprint, which means pure consumption of carbon dioxide during the manufacture of carbon nanomaterial, while carbon nanomaterial is made of melted carbonate by means of electrolysis; and manufacture of composite material containing substance with a high level of a carbon footprint and from 0.001 wt.% to 25 wt.% of carbon nanomaterial, wherein carbon nanomaterial is dispersed in composite material, while the stage of manufacture includes addition of carbon nanomaterial to a solid phase, or a liquid phase, or a gas phase of substance with a high level of a carbon footprint.
EFFECT: reduction in emissions of carbon dioxide, when manufacturing composite material, relatively to substance with a high level of a carbon footprint, improvement of strength properties of composite material.
