SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical-sanitary hydraulic technologies; it can be used for reduction in cellulite changes and fat deposits in the skin of the human body, as well as increase in its stress resistance. Hydraulic massage is carried out with at least two flows of thermo-contrast counter-inclined water jets acting on a massaged surface, while projections of speeds of water jets on the massaged surface are directed towards each other, and a number of cold and hot water jets is proportional to concentrations of thermo-receptors for cold and heat on the massaged body surface, wherein the maximum value of a temperature of water jets is provided with physiological limits, and the minimum value of a temperature is set with provision of falling a frozen fine-dispersed phase in water jets.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in physiological result of jet hydraulic massage by control of a stressed-deformed condition of a zone of impact of hydraulic jets on the human skin, in particular provision of non-invasive liposuction and anti-cellulite effects.
