FIELD: antenna technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna technology, in particular to the domes of antenna-dome systems, where the antenna has a number of broadband emitting elements located near the thin non-resonant wall of the dome, in the plane of the antenna aperture. The result is achieved by the fact that at a certain height along the forming wall inside the dome, a belt is installed, located on the inner wall of the dome or made integral with the dome wall, with a width of , where N is the calculated value, while N and the height of the belt location depend on and are calculated from the contour of the dome and frequency points, where there is a decrease in the transmission coefficient, overlapping the area of radiating antenna elements in a certain direction located near the fairing wall, and representing a metal wire lattice with a calculated ratio of the pitch and thickness of the wire of its elements, normalized to the wavelength in the range of minimum wavelengths, in the operating range from 3 cm to 10 cm.
EFFECT: improvement in the radiotechnical characteristics, in particular the transmission coefficient, of the broadband antenna-dome system in the short-wave wavelength range at specified scanning angles of the antenna device.
