FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to finishing of textile materials, mostly cotton fabrics of different density, namely to methods for treatment of an aqueous solution for their flushing. A device for finishing of textile materials by impact of pulsed electrical discharges consists of a source of high-voltage pulses and a flushing bath with electrodes. The flushing bath is made of polyethylene and made of a cylindrical shape. Electrodes are made of food stainless steel and are arranged in the form of edge-edge. Pulsed electrical discharges are supplied to fabric with a voltage amplitude up to 50 kV, with a front tf=0.1 mcs and pulse duration tp=0.8 mcs.
EFFECT: invention allows for intensification of a process of mass transfer and mass conductivity due to high turbulence of movement and intense mixing of liquid in a flushing bath under cavitation and impact waves initiated by a discharge.
