FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of chemistry, namely to a device for obtaining an aqueous extract from the fruits or leaves of Japanese sophora or scorzonera root crops under the influence of pulsed electrical discharges at a certain pulse duration, discharge frequency, voltage amplitude. The device consists of a cylindrical extraction chamber made of polyethylene, with a lid, with electrodes, where high-voltage and grounded electrodes are made of food-grade stainless steel, and electrodes of the tip-plane type are used, the grounded electrode is made in the form of a sieve with a hole size of 1 mm and a hole density of 25 pcs/cm2 and is located at a distance of 0.03 m from the bottom of the extraction chamber.
EFFECT: provides for the exclusion of over-grinding of raw materials, facilitating and reducing the filtration time of the extract, as a result of which its quality increases and the possibility of turbidity of the solution is excluded.
