FIELD: storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a container for a food product or beverage ingredient. The container contains a food product or beverage ingredient, wherein the container contains an inlet rim containing a cover connected to it. The cover has inner and outer surfaces and contains a multilayer layered liner containing at least one lower layer, containing one or more perforations, a size of which is not so big that the ingredient could pass through them, and at least one upper layer without perforations. The unperforated upper layer or layers is/are detachably attached to the perforated lower layer or layers, wherein the lowest perforated layer is connected to the rim, and the uppermost layer of the liner is connected to the inner surface of the cover, and the unperforated layer or layers on the inner surface of the cover, after separation of the layer of layers, is/are rigidly retained on the inner surface of the cover. The unperforated upper layer or layers is/are detachably connected to the perforated layer or layers, using an upper layer of adhesive, wherein perforation or perforations of the perforated layer or layers is/are located in such a way that, when used, each perforation is opened to the atmosphere after separation of the unperforated upper layer or layers from the lower layer or layers, providing pitting of elevated pressure created inside the container, while the food product or beverage ingredient is retained in the container.
EFFECT: provision of a possibility of maintenance of the final quality of aroma of a food product or beverage ingredient during storage and transportation of this ingredient, while saving the integrity of a hygienic seal of a container, in which the food product or beverage ingredient is placed, as well as provision of a possibility of pitting of internal pressure of a package during opening of the container without spilling any food product or beverage ingredient.
