FIELD: beverage making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a capsule for beverage making. The capsule for beverage making includes an essentially rigid case of the capsule, having a circumferential wall passing around an inner space of the capsule, which is at least partially filled with a beverage ingredient suitable for beverage making, and a base wall covering the inner space at the first end of the circumferential wall. At the same time, the capsule includes a lid covering the inner space at the second end of the circumferential wall, opposite to the base wall. Moreover, membrane is provided in the inner space of the capsule between the beverage ingredient and the lid. At the same time, the lid is equipped with a preformed outlet suitable for drain of the prepared beverage from the inner space, when using the capsule in a beverage making device. Moreover, membrane passes at least above the surface of the outlet. At the same time, the outlet is hermetically sealed with a removable covering element passing above at least part of the lid. Moreover, membrane contains a layer of non-woven material, the mentioned layer has a thickness in the range of 1.1-1.8 mm, air permeability in the range from 100 to 700 mm/s at 200 Pa, and weight in the range of 300-600 g/m2. The group of inventions also relates to a beverage making system including a replaceable capsule and a beverage making device with a fluid dispensing device, and to a method for the manufacture of a capsule suitable for beverage making.
EFFECT: provision of such a system and a capsule for making coffee without cream foam, a beverage based on tea, milk, or chocolate, which are improved compared to systems and capsules of the prior state of the art; provision of a method for the manufacture of a capsule suitable for making coffee without cream foam, a beverage based on tea, milk, or chocolate.
