FIELD: articles of personal use.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system with removable containers and method for liquid food cooking out of food product placed into container, by water flow through the product using centrifugal forces. System and method of liquid food cooking include device and removable container, head for water injection to the removable container, container holder in the device, container rotation means, perforation means. Perforation means are placed against removable container so as to open peripheral drain orifices of removable container. Removable container includes outlet membrane allowing perforation. Perforation means are designed so as to contact the membrane and perforate it, forming filters out of perforated membrane to retain solid particles in removable container and form orifices in the membrane to let fluid out of removable container during centrifugation. Perforation means include perforation elements of different height.
