FIELD: vibration loads level controlling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of controlling the level of vibration loads of multicomponent vibration acting on the test object (TO) in an arbitrary direction during its vibration loading on a vibration stand, and assessing their compliance with the technical requirements (TR) on the TO. The method includes determining the values of vibration accelerations acting on the object along its coordinate axes and in a given direction of action, comparing the determined values of vibration accelerations with the values of external accelerations specified in the technical requirements for the object. During vibration testing of objects in the studied object vibration loading plane passing through its two coordinate axes coinciding with the vertical and horizontal directions, the mean square values (MSW) of vibration accelerations acting on the object along its coordinate axes are measured. The MSW of vibration accelerations acting on the object in a given direction of action in the angular range of 0-360° is determined by calculation according to the ratio for Gw(ϕ) given in the description. Then, from the ratio given in the description, the coefficient P(ϕ) is determined in the angular range 0≤ϕ≤360°, while if the value of P(ϕ) for any angular direction ϕ is less than or equal to one, it is concluded that the requirements TR per object are met, and if more than one, they conclude that the TR for the object are not met.
EFFECT: reduction of time costs, simplification of the process of determining the parameters of multicomponent vibration.
