FIELD: test technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of mechanical testing of articles, specifically to testing articles on vibration acting along orthogonal directions. Method includes consecutive vibrating of test object (TO) in three orthogonal directions. Loading is performed by two similar vibration stands. Vibrators of vibration tables are connected in antiphase at vibration loading of TO in direction of its longitudinal axis or in direction perpendicular to it, without phase shift at loading TO in vertical direction. During TO loading, vibration stands are moved along two groups of rail guides fixed to power floor perpendicular to each other. Vibration test plant comprises two similar vibration stands, with horizontal sliding vibratory table and expansion table, installed with possibility of movement on two groups of rail guides fixed to the power floor perpendicular to each other and fixing the vibration table bedplates to the power floor. Vibrators of vibration tables are installed with possibility of their connection in antiphase during vibration loading of TO in direction of its longitudinal axis or in direction perpendicular to it, and without phase shift at loading in vertical direction. Bedplate of vibration-test stands can be equipped with roller wheels vertically moved by means of hydraulic drives for movement along rail guides.
EFFECT: providing vibration loading of large-size TO in three directions in a wide range of dimensions and mass characteristics with provision of invariability of the "top-bottom" position.
