FIELD: plant growing.
SUBSTANCE: method for growing guar includes the choice of a predecessor, a variety of guar, seed preparation before sowing, sowing and caring for plants by phases of development. Cereal crops are used as a precursor. After the predecessor is harvested, the stubble is peeled to a depth of 6-8 cm, then plowing is carried out to a depth of 16-18 cm. Early spring harrowing is carried out with heavy harrows, then 1-2 cultivations are carried out per 6-8 cm. Ammonium nitrate is applied under pre-sowing cultivation. Herbicides are applied using a field boom sprayer according to the scheme: the first application is 25-30 days after sowing, before emergence, the second application 10 days after the first application.
EFFECT: ensuring high yield and quality of guar grain when grown on different soils, including saline.
