FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for cutting food products, comprising: plate (1) comprising bottom (10) having socket (11) for main cutting tool (2) rotatable along axis (Δ) of rotation, and cutting window (14) in which stationary auxiliary cutting tool (3; 4; 5) is removably placed, plate (1) partially limiting working chamber (13) exposed on the side opposite to bottom (10), lid (6) adapted to at least partially cover working chamber (13), lid (6) having chute (68) for loading food to be cut, located substantially opposite cutting window (14), and means (100) for driving main cutting tool (2) into rotation. According to the invention, auxiliary cutting tool (3; 4; 5) comprises frame (31) on which at least one cutting element (40) is fixed and which is provided with gripping element (34) located outside working chamber (13), access to which is realized outside of the assembly formed by plate (1) and cover (6).
EFFECT: there is provided a device for cutting food products in which a stationary auxiliary cutting tool is provided with gripping means.
