FIELD: optoelectronic instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optoelectronic instrumentation and concerns a method for adjusting the parallelism of the optical axes of the components of an optoelectronic device. The method involves adjusting the parallelism of the optical axes of the video camera and the thermal imager to ensure the parallelism of their optical axes with the optical axis of the emitting channel of the laser rangefinder. The method consists in the fact that at a certain distance from the optoelectronic device, a test pattern is placed on which labels are applied, the location of which corresponds to the axial distances of the optical axes of the components of the optoelectronic device. Next, a video frame with an outside-in tracking cross is formed. With the help of adjusting elements, the smallest deviation from the parallelism of the optical axes of the video camera and the thermal imager relative to the optical axis of the emitting channel of the laser rangefinder is achieved. The centers of the outside-in tracking crosses during adjustment are located at the main points, and in the non-volatile memory for the video camera and thermal imager, angular mismatches between the directions of their main axes and the directions to the centers of the marks on the testing pattern in the horizontal and vertical planes are stored.
EFFECT: reducing the magnitude of the angular mismatch between the optical axes of the components of the optoelectronic device.
