FIELD: optoelectronic devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optoelectronic devices and relates to a method of aligning optical axes of components of an optoelectronic device with a laser range finder. When implementing the method at a distance from the optoelectronic device comprising a video camera and a thermal imager, resolution pattern is placed, on which marks are placed, the location of which corresponds to interaxial distances of optical axes of components of the optoelectronic device. Least deviation from parallelism of optical axes of components of the optoelectronic device relative to the optical axis of the emitting channel of the laser range finder is achieved. When locating the resolution pattern relative to the laser range finder, before the beginning of the adjustment, the intensity of the laser radiation falling into the resolution pattern visualizer is measured. When the threshold value of intensity is exceeded, the resolution pattern is displaced horizontally and vertically with a submillimetre pitch. Ensemble of laser radiation intensity measurements {Ii=I(xi, yi)} is formed, coordinates of the extremum point (xmax, ymax) are calculated and taken as a base position of the resolution pattern relative to the laser range finder.

EFFECT: high accuracy of locating resolution pattern.
