FIELD: feed industry.
SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to feed industry. A method for obtaining dry extract of may lily leaves for a feed additive for agricultural animals and poultry, characterized by the fact that the raw materials are crushed and moistened in 8-25% water-ethanol solution for 9-13 hours, then transferred to an extractor, poured with 30% water-ethanol solution, heated to 25°C and extraction is carried out at the first stage under vacuum. After that the extract is drained, and the mass is re-filled with 45-95% water-ethanol solution, heated to 25°C and extraction is carried out under vacuum, after which the extract is drained. The resulting mass is poured with distilled water at the third stage and extraction is carried out at a modulus of 1 kg÷2 l for 15-35 minutes at a relative pressure of (-0.83) - (-0.96) kgf/cm2. After that the extract is also drained, the extracts obtained are combined and concentrated in vacuum, and the thick extract is dried.
EFFECT: optimizing the modes of water-ethanol extraction and drying, reducing the consumption of reagents and the duration of the process, increasing the yield of the target product and its quality, as well as reducing the costs of subsequent purification, concentration and drying of the resulting product.
