SUBSTANCE: method includes trapping spawners, keeping broodstock and obtaining offspring. At the onset of spawning water temperature, spawners are sorted according to the degree of readiness for spawning, while physiological stimulation of the maturation of the gonads of mature spawners in the IV completed stage of maturity is carried out by injecting a suspension of the preparation of an isolated anterior pituitary gland from mature fish. Immature spawners in the incomplete stage of gonadal maturity are separated and subjected to environmental stimulation of maturation, after which, upon reaching their readiness for spawning in the IV completed stage of gonadal maturity, further maturation of spawners is stimulated by injection of a suspension of the preparation of the isolated anterior pituitary gland of mature fish.

EFFECT: invention provides obtaining offspring of stellate sturgeon and Atlantic salmon in sea water, within the limits of their species tolerance to its salinity.
