FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely to aquaculture, in particular to fish farming in closed water supply installations. Method includes reservation of producers in solution of table salt and their transfer to spawning conditions. Upon reaching stage IV of gonad maturity, environmental stimulation of puberty of spawners is carried out by changing water temperature by 1 °C per hour and illumination for 1 hour to spawning values, upon reaching these values, not later than 1–2 hours, hormonal stimulation of puberty is carried out by injection of a preparation of an isolated anterior lobe of the pituitary gland. Spring-spawning starry sturgeon breeders are reserved at salt concentration of 8‰, upon reaching spawning values – water temperature of 15–18 °C and 15–20 light hours a day, a preparation of an isolated anterior pituitary gland of mature sturgeon is injected in doses of 35–40 mg for females and 20–25 mg for males. Atlantic salmon autumn-spawning spawners are reserved at salt concentration of 9–12‰, upon reaching spawning values – water temperature of 3–5 °C and 7–12 light hours a day, a preparation of an isolated anterior pituitary gland of salmon or cyprinid fishes is injected in doses of 0.4–1.0 mg/kg of body weight. Breeders of the African sharptooth catfish are reserved at salt solution concentration of 5‰ and 8‰, upon reaching spawning values – water temperature of 26.5–28.1 °C and 12–18 light hours a day, a preparation of an isolated anterior pituitary gland of the same species is injected in doses of 3.2 mg for females and 2.2 mg for males.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain offspring and fish breeding in an artificial biostimulating medium.
