FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a complex for the production of commercial products of hydrocarbons, mostly oil, with a low carbon footprint, including secondary oil processing installations, at least gasoline hydraulic purification, isomerization, reforming, diesel fuel hydraulic purification, catalytic cracking, and/or hydraulic cracking, hydrogen production, and pyrolysis installations, as well as a circulating water system providing heat removal on oil processing installations. At the same time, the circulating water system is supplied with fresh non-demineralized water, part of a circulating water flow is supplied to a reverse osmosis installation to obtain demineralized water returned to the circulating water system and saline, which, after increasing pressure on pumps, is disposed by pumping into absorption wells, separately or together with remaining industrial wastewater of the complex. Acidic gases of oil processing installations with a prevalent content of carbon dioxide are collected and sent to increase pressure to a saline and industrial wastewater pumping unit to an injector, where saline and/or another industrial wastewater are used as a working medium. After the injector, acidic gases together with saline and/or another industrial wastewater are sent to absorption wells for disposal or to a compressor for increasing pressure and transferring to a supercritical state with subsequent pumping, separately or together with saline, to absorption wells.
EFFECT: formation of a system for collection of acidic gases with a prevalent content of carbon dioxide, as well as alkaline and another industrial wastewater and provision of their disposal through absorption wells in karst voids, reducing emission of technogenic pollutions into the atmosphere and water basin.
