FIELD: hydrocarbons.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a complex for the production of commercial products from hydrocarbons, mainly gas and/or gas condensate, with a low carbon footprint. The complex includes at least an installation for the preparation of condensate with separation of brine from it, a gas purification installation, a gas drying installation and an installation for obtaining commercial products, as well as a circulating water system that provides heat removal at the installations. While the circulating water system is fed with fresh non-demineralized water, part of the flow circulating water is supplied to a reverse osmosis installation to produce demineralized water returned to the circulating water system and brine, which, after increasing the pressure on the pumps, is disposed of by pumping into absorption wells separately or together with the rest of the industrial wastewater of the complex, while the acid gases of the installations with a predominant content of carbon dioxide gas are collected and sent to increase pressure to an injector, where brine and/or other industrial wastes are used as a working fluid, or to a compressor; after increasing the pressure, acid gases together with brine are sent to absorption wells for disposal.

EFFECT: proposed complex is highly efficient and environmentally friendly.
