SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a tobacco product heated without burning and to a tobacco product with electric heating. A tobacco product heated without burning contains a tobacco rod, a mouthpiece and a wrapped part in which the tobacco rod and the mouthpiece are wrapped with tipping paper. An anti-lip sticking agent has been applied to at least a section of the tipping paper. The wrapped part consists of the first area, which includes the end of the tobacco product heated without burning on the side of the mouthpiece, and the second area, which is available on the side of the tobacco rod at the first area in the wrapped part. The first area is an area in which the temperature is less than 230°C during the use of a tobacco product heated without burning. The first area and the second area satisfy the following condition: the content of the anti-lip sticking agent per unit area in the first area is greater than the content of the anti-lip sticking agent per unit area in the second area.

EFFECT: reducing the amount of the substance formed from the component that prevents the product from sticking to the lips during use of a tobacco product heated without burning and having a negative effect, for example, on the taste of smoke.
