FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of a pharmaceutically acceptable photosensitive mixture containing 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(N-methyl-pyridine-3-yl)chlorine and 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(N-methyl-pyridine-3-yl)bacteriochlorin, consisting in reduction of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(pyridine-3-yl)porphin with n-toluenesulfonylhydrazide, N-methylation of the resulting product in dimethylformamide, deposition with benzene, filtration, and drying, where reduction of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(pyridine-3-yl)porphin is carried out in n-toluenesulfonylhydrazide melt, with its excess from 20 to 30 equivalents, at a temperature of 113-114°C for 58-60 min.
EFFECT: reduction in toxicity, duration, and costliness of a process.
