FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: method includes the measurement of angles between the planes of a monoblock using a goniometer. A direct reflection of a goniometer beam from the measured planes of the monoblock is formed with the monoblock being positioned on the autocollimation mark forming unit installed on the object table of the goniometer. The apparatus comprises a goniometer with an object table and an autocollimation mark forming unit. In order to measure the angle between two adjacent setting planes, the autocollimation mark forming unit is installed so as to provide a right angle between each of the adjacent measured planes of the monoblock and the surface of the object table, and one of the surfaces of the block is located at an angle of 90° to the surface thereof to install the monoblock supported on the side plane, and in order to measure the pyramidal property of the setting plane and the base plane, angles between the setting planes and the base plane, the autocollimation mark forming unit is installed so as to ensure a right angle between each of the measured planes of the monoblock and the surface of the object table. The two surfaces of the autocollimation mark forming unit for the installation of the monoblock are located at an angle of 45° to the base of the monoblock.
