FIELD: laser equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to measure distance between points of intersection of axes of channels and mounting planes of a monoblock of a resonator of a ring laser with a nonplanar optical circuit. Method of measuring distance between points of intersection of axes of channels and mounting planes of a monoblock of a resonator of a ring laser with a nonplanar optical circuit consists in calculating the distance using the measured by the measuring microscope the projection on the base plane of the distance from the point of intersection of the axes of the channels to the edge formed by the intersection of the large chamfer and the mounting plane, and the distance from the point of intersection of the axis of the channel with the landing plane to the rib formed by the intersection of the large chamfer and the landing plane. Device for implementing the method comprises a measuring microscope with an object table and a channel imaging unit, which is installed between the surface of the object table and side planes of the monoblock.

EFFECT: high accuracy, wider field of application and preservation of optical purity of mounting planes of the monoblock.
