FIELD: laser production.
SUBSTANCE: used to select resonator mirrors for sensors of laser gyroscopes when using resonators with a non-planar contour. The method for selecting the resonator mirrors of sensors of laser gyroscopes consists in the fact that in the resonator of an annular laser with a non-planar optical contour, containing the first reflecting mirror, the first oblique-incidence mirror, the second reflecting mirror and the second oblique-incidence mirror optically connected to the first reflecting mirror, the mirrors are chosen from the condition of equality of the total phase anisotropy of all mirrors, equal to zero ΔΣ=0
ΔΣ≈K1Δ1+K2Δ2+K3Δ3+K4Δ4;
where Δ1 is the value of the phase anisotropy of the first reflecting mirror; Δ2 is the value of the phase anisotropy of the first oblique-incidence mirror; Δ3 is the value of the phase anisotropy of the second reflecting mirror; Δ4 is the value of the phase anisotropy of the second oblique-incidence mirror.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of measurements by sensors using laser gyroscopes.
