SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of multicomponent tincture based on knot grass (Polygonum aviculare L.s.l.), drooping birch leaves (Betula pendula Roth), field horsetail grass (Equisetum arvense L.), St. John’s wort grass (Hypericum perforatum L.). The method for the production of multicomponent tincture based on knot grass (Polygonum aviculare L.s.l.), drooping birch leaves (Betula pendula Roth), field horsetail grass (Equisetum arvense L.), St. John’s wort grass (Hypericum perforatum L.) is characterized in that raw materials: knot grass (Polygonum aviculare L.s.l.) – 30%, drooping birch leaves (Betula pendula Roth) – 25%, field horsetail grass (Equisetum arvense L.) – 25%, St. John’s wort grass (Hypericum perforatum L.) – 20% are ground to a size of particles passing through a sieve with holes with a diameter of 0.5 mm; are extracted with 70% ethyl alcohol, at the ratio of “raw materials – extractant” of 1:5, for 15 min in a vacuum boiling mode, at a temperature of 90°c, and for 15 min, using ultrasound bath, at a temperature of 40°C, power of 60 W, and frequency of 40 kHz; next, extraction is filtered, and a volume is brought with 70% ethyl alcohol to the ratio of 1:5.

EFFECT: above-described method allows for obtainment of tincture with increased yield of active substance – a sum of flavonoids.
