FIELD: medicine, natural compounds. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of St. John'swort perforated herb as medicinal vegetable raw. Raw is extracted with purified water at ratio raw : extractant = 1:6.6, at heating in water bath for 2 h. Then decoction is purified by column chromatography using polyamide sorbent. Total flavonoids are eluted with 70% ethanol, solvent is distilled off and residue is dried at 100-105 C up to constant weight. EFFECT: increased specific activity. 2 tbl
