SUBSTANCE: method includes transmitting downlink control information (DCI) to the terminal apparatus based on the current type of random access, wherein the DCI is used to schedule a random access response corresponding to the current type of random access, the DCI is encrypted with the random access radio network temporary identifier (RA-RNTI), and the RA-RNTI is associated with the current type of random access.
EFFECT: possibility for the terminal apparatus of receiving corresponding random access response messages with differentiation if at least two types of random access procedures are supported, thereby ensuring the subsequent correct syntactic data analysis and successful completion of the random access procedures.
