SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of waste disposal devices used in fast food restaurants, shopping malls, canteens and other similar facilities, as well as to a system containing several of these devices. A waste disposal device designed to receive trays contains a tray receiving device, a tray handling device, a waste disposal receiver and a tray storage device. These devices are assembled in such a way that when the waste disposal device is operating, the tray receiving device receives a tray transported to the tray handling device that removes waste from the tray to the waste disposal receiver, after which the specified tray is stored in the tray storage device. Moreover, the tray receiving device contains at least two infrared sensors for detecting the hand, a platform for receiving the tray, a tray adjustment device, a tray transportation device. At the same time, during the operation of the waste disposal device, at least two infrared sensors indicate the absence of a hand near the tray receiving device, and when the tray is installed on the tray receiving platform, the tray is automatically set by the tray adjustment device to a position that makes it possible to transport the tray by the tray transportation device to the tray handling device.

EFFECT: creating a device that will be characterized by automation, safety of use, operational reliability and high quality of work, as well as improving the efficiency of waste disposal and tray handling.
