FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: high-frequency installation includes two horizontally located non-ferromagnetic cylindrical resonators 2, 9, serially connected by means of clamping ring 6 of non-ferromagnetic grinding mechanism 7 consisting of knife and grate. Inside cylindrical resonators 2, 9 on common dielectric shaft 5 there are injection augers 4, 10, rotating with electric motor 13. Above the first cylindrical resonator 2 non-ferromagnetic loading container 1 is installed, under which several turns 3 of the injection screw are made of non-ferromagnetic material, and subsequent coils of both augers are made of fluoroplastic. On side surfaces of non-ferromagnetic cylindrical resonators 2, 9 magnetrons 8 with air cooling are installed. Lower parts of resonators are perforated 11, and under them there are non-ferromagnetic receiving reservoirs 12 with drain branch pipes containing shutters. Second cylindrical resonator 9 with magnetrons 8, dielectric discharge auger 10 and receiving vessel 12 is connected to the first cylindrical resonator 2 so that dielectric shafts of discharge screws 4, 10 are fixed to each other and form common shaft 5.

EFFECT: plant provides beeswax melting after honey separation from beeswax raw material.
