FIELD: oil and fat industry.

SUBSTANCE: microwave installation for heat treatment of fat-containing raw materials of continuous flow operation is characterized by the fact that it has a horizontally located non-ferromagnetic resonator in the form of a truncated cone with an exponential generatrix, while a concave ceramic mirror is coaxially installed on its large base, and a dielectric screw with decreasing pitch is placed along the resonator and the diameter of the coil to the small base of the resonator, while on top of the side surface of the resonator there is a loading tank in contact with the large base and under it there is an upper sluice valve, a loading window with a damper, and a lower sluice valve - to the side surface where the unloading window is provided, in contact with the small base of the resonator, and on the lower side, part of the side surface of the resonator at the large base is perforated, under which a receiving capacitance is installed, while the air-cooled magnetrons with waveguides are installed with a shift of 120 degrees along the perimeter of the side surface of the resonator so that the emitters are directed through waveguides into the resonator, and the sluice gate compartments are formed between non-ferromagnetic bent blades.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve the quality of rendered fat by increasing thermal efficiency and maintaining high electric field strength.
