FIELD: metal industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal industry, in particular to nickel-based heat resistant granular alloys. A heat resistant nickel-based granular alloy contains, wt %: Cr 8.0-11.0, Co 14.0-18.0, W 4.5-5.9, Mo 3.0-5.5, Al 4.5-6.0, Ti 1.5-3.0, Nb 2.0-3.5, Hf 0.08 to below 0.2, C 0.02 to below 0.08, B 0.006 to less than 0.019, Mg 0.003 to less than 0.005, Cе 0.001 to less than 0.01, Zr 0.003 to less than 0.01, Ni rest. The alloy has high mechanical properties at room temperature and at 800°C and high durability in long-term strength tests at a temperature of 650°C and low-cycle fatigue (LCF) resistance at a temperature of 650°C.
EFFECT: invention is designed for manufacturing critical parts of GTE, LPE and for use in other parts operated for a long time at a temperature above 500°C, at operating temperature up to 750°C or for short periods of time at a temperature up to 800°C.
