FIELD: well products transporting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for transporting well products and can be used to train personnel of an oil producing enterprise in the skills of cleaning pipelines from asphalt, resin and paraffin deposits (ARPD) of well products. The start-up unit 1 of the cleaning device includes an inlet tee 6, the inlet of which is hydraulically connected to the blower 4, since air is used as the fluid. One of the outlets of the inlet tee 6 is hydraulically connected to the bypass inlet 7 of the start-up unit 1 with a valve 8 placed on it, and the other outlet is hydraulically connected through a flange connection to the next valve 9, the output of which is hydraulically connected through another flange to the start-up chamber 10, after which in series another valve 11 is installed, the output of which, through the outlet tee 12 of the start-up block 1, is hydraulically connected to the bypass output 7 of the start-up block 1. The start-up block 1 and the blower 4 are installed on vertical racks 13 with rollers, rigidly connected to each other by horizontal ties 14. The block receiving 2 of the cleaning device includes an input tee 15, the input of which is hydraulically connected by a flexible pipeline 3, made, for example, from a corrugated transparent hose, to the output tee 12 of the start-up unit 1. One of the outputs of the input tee 15 is hydraulically connected to the bypass input 16 with a it with a valve 17, and the other outlet of the input tee 15, through a valve 18, hydraulically connected through a coupling connection to the receiving chamber 19, the output of which is hydraulically connected to the outlet tee 21 through a flange connection with the next valve 20. The other outlet of the tee 21 is hydraulically connected to the bypass outlet 16 of the receiving unit 2. The receiving unit 2 is also installed on vertical racks 23 with rollers, rigidly interconnected by horizontal couplers 24.
EFFECT: improvement of equipment for transporting well products.
